This is a singular experiment in writing a diary-type entry. Hehehe…

Yesterday was pretty good. I went to Gold’s Gym in Alabang for the second time again. Went there about three weeks ago. Ok, so they have pretty much complete equipment this time but there are still no showers! No towel service either! And the steam room and sauna were not operating. I so wanted to try and relax in the heat… Oh well. Maybe they’ll be okay in a month’s time. (They’d better.) Good thing I always bring an extra small towel with me. Forgot to bring alcohol though.

I went to ATC after so that I could have some ID pictures taken for my work. Arrgh. Wrong timing, have a pimple almost exactly at the middle of my forehead. I hoped it wouldn’t show up but it’s a bit visible. Hmmm… forgot to shave too.

Then, while I was waiting for the pictures to develop, I swung by Brother’s Burger in Westgate Filinvest; it’s been A LONG TIME since I had their burgers and you know what? Their’s is the best-tasting burger I’ve ever had the pleasure to eat. Funny, was planning to go to the Brother’s branch at Sucat until I remembered almost at the last minute that they have a branch in Westgate.

Speaking of Westgate… wow, nice place. If it were to be fully developed, I think it can give Greenbelt, Eastwood, and The Fort a run for their money. I like the way the restaurants and caf{e’s} were detached from each other. Eating there al fresco seems to be pleasant as well. Must remember to go there in the future. Zong, an oriental restaurant, seems interesting.

Went back to ATC and got my pictures, then dropped by Rusty Lopez to get a pair of black leather shoes. The ones I used in high school and college conked out on me two years ago. The ones I bought seems a good pair. Feels comfortable, though the design’s a bit iffy. Then again, nobody looks at shoes that often, right?

Gosh, I’m tired. Didn’t get enough sleep last night. Traffic along Alabang-Zapote Road is still snarly as ever.
