Hooray for long weekends! I’m going to Puerto Galera with Renz and some of his friends from the 13th to the 15th. The last (and first time) I’ve been to Galera was on the Palm Sunday weekend of this year. It’s great there; nice beaches, lots of people, and partying at night.

It’s actually interesting to hear that a lot of people I know have been to out-of-town trips (whether work-related or not) these past few weeks. I know of six people who’ve been to Baguio, one who’s been to Puerto Galera, another one to Boracay, and one to Dakak, and another will also go to Puerto Galera the next weekend.

I originally planned to just spend the weekend mostly at home (and to further develop this blog) . But I decided, what the heck, I need a vacation. It’ll also be my personal reward for completing my first year at work (and only using a half-day vacation leave the whole time—my attendance at work is surprisingly better than my school attendance).

Hmmm… I do hope my stay at Puerto Galera will be very interesting.
